Aiming at the problems of high carbon content in fly ash, high exhaust gas temperature, serious ash leakage in the wind chamber, and poor return of the returner caused by high furnace differential pressure in the operation of the 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in Jinan Minghu Thermal Power Plant, the economizer, separator and air distribution system of the boiler were technically modified on the basis of theoretical analysis. After the modification, the operating reliability and economy of the boiler were significantly improved.
