Xintang_M051 Series Driver Reference Guide Xintang Technology NuMicro M051 series is a high-performance, low-power MCU based on the ARM Cortex-M0 core. Its core execution speed is as high as 50MHz, equivalent to 45DMIPS, and it executes 45 million instructions per second. It also has a built-in 32-bit multiplier, a nested vector interrupt controller NVIC, and a dual-channel APB design to maximize system performance. The chip peripherals are equipped with built-in 8K to 64K Bytes flash memory, 4K Bytes RAM memory, independent 4K Bytes DATA FLASH flash data area, independent 4K Bytes program upgrade flash memory, external expansion address/data bus (EBI), and the ability to integrate efficient communication with peripheral modules; the communication part integrates 2 sets of high-speed UART, 2 sets of SPI, and 1 set of I2C; the analog signal module provides 8-channel high-speed 12-bit analog-to-digital converter ADC, low voltage detection and undervoltage detection functions. In addition, there is a pulse width modulation module (PWM), plus capture and comparison functions. It is a highly integrated product with 4 sets of 32-bit timers, a watchdog timer, an internal RC crystal oscillator, an internal reset, etc. In terms of key features, in addition to the Cortex?-M0 core and peripheral IP features, Nuvoton\'s unique wide operating voltage (2.5V~5.5V), high anti-interference, anti-noise, and industrial temperature specification design can better meet customers\' requirements for high-quality, high-performance general-purpose microcontrollers.
