Design a refrigeration system that uses solar photovoltaic cells as driving energy and semiconductor refrigeration chips as cooling sources. Under the control of the ATMEGA16 single-chip microcomputer, the system can effectively store the DC power converted by solar photovoltaic cells and power the semiconductor refrigeration chips; design hardware circuits and software to achieve temperature control to meet refrigeration needs. This design provides a new, energy-saving and environmentally friendly refrigeration method.
