The DRW rotor feeder is a suspended measuring instrument. During the measurement, impurities and dust on the rotor are recorded. Therefore, the device should always be kept clean and protected from contact with other objects. Check the weighing system regularly according to the operating method. Attention! According to the provisions of this manual No. 3, the rotor gap must be reset after every 700 hours of operation. Attention! The gap must be set as small as possible to ensure safety in the event of sudden material inflow. Attention! The DRW weighing components can only be repaired on site using volumetric measurement. Attention! When the DRW is shut down, the material gate must be closed first and the device can only be shut down when the rotor is completely empty. Finally, the blower is turned off. ! When repairing the rotor feeder, the electrical and pneumatic connections must be disconnected and protected from accidental connection (maintenance switch). The blower must be protected from accidental starting. ! The accident prevention regulations (UVV) established by the professional associations must be observed. Special attention should be paid when operating electrical equipment and handling materials (UVV-VBG4)! 2. Rotor housing: The following describes the maintenance work of the rotor housing. 2.1 Disassembly of the rotor housing (see Figure 1-4) Disconnect the delivery pipe (1) and the upper housing on the expansion joint. Disconnect the cables of the drive motor and the insulating sleeves in the terminal box. Remove the bracket with insulating sleeves (10), digital tachometer and synchronous sensor on the bracket between the motor and the drive frame, and mark the cable on the terminal (12). Remove the lubricating oil pipe (2) at the bottom of the housing. Loosen and remove the screws (20) between the upper and lower parts of the housing. Loosen the guide rollers (5) on the drive table; loosen the two worm screws in each housing. Lift the safety plate and push it to one side, tighten the worm screw. Fasten the tension belt (15) under the lifting element (16). Hang the tension belt on the fork head (17) of the lifting element. Turn the shaft of the lifting element until the tension belt is slightly stretched. Remove the diagonal brace (3) and the transverse support (4) from the support frame. · Remove the set nut (21) from the set screw (22 red) and the adjusting screw (23 black). Loosen the set nut (21): · Turn the handle of the lifting element evenly and lower the lower housing of the belt drive. · Remove the 3 tension belts from the fork head.
