The touch button is mainly realized by detecting the number of oscillations of the RC oscillation circuit built on the board-level system within a fixed time. If the number of oscillations changes significantly, it is judged as a touch state. Then the number of oscillations is mainly determined by the value of RC. The R value is fixed in the system, and the capacitor C, which is the sensor in the system, is a copper-clad sheet of the size of a finger on the PCB layout. It builds a capacitor with a small capacitance value (about 10pF) with the surrounding ground layer. When the finger approaches, its dielectric constant will change, causing the capacitance value to change, and thus causing the number of oscillations to change.
