  This design mainly uses AT89C51 as the control core, and is composed of Hall sensor, LED digital picture tube, HIN232CPE level conversion, and RS232. The speed measurement system of the single-chip microcomputer and the serial communication between the PC and the single-chip microcomputer are introduced in detail. The performance of the single-chip microcomputer is fully utilized. The focus of this article is to measure the speed and display it on the 5-digit LED digital tube. Its advantages are simple hardware circuit, complete software functions, fast measurement speed, high accuracy, reliable control system, and high cost performance.
