RGPO Interference Identification Algorithm and Performance Analysis

   This paper studies the problem of range gate pull-back (RGPO) interference identification during target tracking, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing χ2 test algorithm, and proposes an identification algorithm based on the χ2 test algorithm that combines signal likelihood ratio preprocessing with shift register postprocessing, called the Chi + SLR + register algorithm. This algorithm can minimize the probability of misjudgment under the optimal register length. In a fairly wide range of register lengths, the algorithm has good identification performance. In addition, the algorithm can also maintain a high identification rate when there is SOJ interference, so it is a more effective RGPO interference identification algorithm.
