Analyze the main security risks of the 802.11 protocol, make necessary improvements to the protocol, and propose a reputation-based multi-token media access control protocol. Establish a reputation mechanism for network nodes through attack detection and communication behavior monitoring. Based on this, multi-token management is carried out, and it is stipulated that only nodes holding tokens can access the channel, thereby realizing media access control with security guarantees. Simulation results using NS show that the protocol can detect malicious behaviors of nodes in the network and respond quickly, thus ensuring network performance well. Keywords: Ad Hoc network; MAC layer security; intrusion detection; reputation; token
