In order to improve the teaching effect of motion control system, this paper describes the establishment method of DC dual closed-loop speed control system simulation model. This model can be used to complete experiments of motion control system in addition to the experiments specified in the syllabus, as well as other research experiments. This method has several advantages, such as low laboratory construction cost, free experimental time, good experimental openness, convenient parameter adjustment, and good experimental effect. The promotion and application of this method in the teaching of automation majors in colleges and universities in my country has a very positive significance for improving the teaching quality.
