Overview
KEMET’s High Voltage HV Series radial conformally
coated ceramic capacitors are designed with C0G and
X7R dielectrics which feature a 125°C maximum operating
temperature. These devices are ideal for high voltage power
supplies, DC/DC conversion and well suited for timing,
resonant, bypass, and decoupling applications.
These high voltage capacitors are widely used in industries
related to semiconductors, telecommunications, test/
diagnostic equipment and power/grid.

• Capacitance range from 150 pF – 5.6 µF in X7R
• Capacitance range from 10p F – 0.39 µF in C0G

• High thermal stability
• Encapsulation meets flammability standard UL 94 V–0
