Juquan Optoelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juquan" or "the Company") was established in May 2005. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the design, development and sales of integrated circuits. Its main products include metering chips, MCUs and power carrier chips related to smart meters, etc. It provides customers with relevant technical consulting and services. The company is headquartered in Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park.
Since its establishment, the company has brought together a professional team with more than ten years of experience in IC design and development from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and has long focused on mechatronic chip technology and product applications related to smart meters. With leading technology accumulation and strong R&D capabilities, Juquan has launched high-performance, high-quality, mature and stable solutions with international standards in the fields of electric energy metering, MCU and power line carrier communication, which have been widely recognized by the market and welcomed by users, and have achieved a leading market position in China.
Since its establishment, Juquan has maintained rapid growth, always adhered to technological innovation, and regarded talent as the most important cornerstone. Through continuous technology and market extension, combined with various advantageous resources, it is committed to enhancing its continued leading position in the field of industrial application chips such as smart grid terminal equipment chips, based in China and looking to the world.
The HT7038 is a multifunctional, high-performance three-phase electric energy metering chip. It integrates high-precision second-order Sigma-delta ADC, reference voltage circuit, and digital signal processing circuits. It can measure active power, reactive power, apparent power, active energy, and reactive energy of each phase and the combined phase. It can also measure parameters such as current, voltage RMS, power factor, phase angle, and frequency of each phase. Since all parameters are directly calculated by the internal algorithm circuit, the accuracy and reliability of the parameters are fully guaranteed. This series of chips provides the most complete and simplest application solution for three-phase multi-function metering, which can fully meet the design requirements of three-phase multi-rate multi-function electric energy meters.
ATT7022E provides 7-way metering ADC input, supports zero-line metering, and can directly output all measurement parameters. It supports gain and phase correction in the full digital domain, that is, pure software calibration. The peripheral MCU only needs to complete the management and communication protocol programs required by the multi-function electric energy meter. It provides active, reactive, apparent, and fundamental wave metering functions, and provides CF1/CF2/CF3/CF4 pulse outputs, which can be directly connected to the standard meter for error correction. At the same time, ATT7022E can also provide synchronous ADC data of current and voltage, which is convenient for harmonic analysis applications. In addition, it also provides power quality detection SAG/Peak function, which can also be used for flicker analysis.
HT7038 is a small package model of ATT7022E, using LQFP32, providing 6-way measurement ADC input, without apparent and fundamental wave functions, that is, only CF1/CF2 pulse output, without ADC synchronization data cache and harmonic analysis.
