shall meet the following requirements.
(a) Capacitance Change : Within ±20% of Initial Value
(b) issipation Factor: ≤ 2 Times of the Initial Specified Value
(c) Leakage Current: ≤ The Initial Specified Value
Shelf Life: After leaving capacitors under no load at 105°C for 1000 hours.
