DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR BAW100 and
BAW100G each consist of two electrically isolated high
speed silicon switching diodes packaged in an epoxy
molded SOT-143 surface mount case. This device is
designed for high speed switching applications.
