R3118x Series
0.6V detect VD with Delay Function (External Capacitor Type) and SENSE pin
The R3118x Series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with the built-in output delay circuit. Since R3118x has a SENSE pin for
monitoring voltage separately from the power pin, its reset signal does not become unstable under the condition that the power
supply is sufficient to operate the IC, and the "L" can be maintained. The detector threshold can be specified from 0.6V. The delay
time can be set with an external capacitor connected to C
D
pin. In addition to SOT-23-5 and SC-88A packages, a 1.2mm square
DFN(PLP)1212-6 package is also available.
