DO-214
The DO-214 TransX products are surface mount transient
voltage protectors. TransX products offer bi-directional
transient voltage protection, fast clamping speeds, high off-
state impedance and low on-state voltage. The component is
compliant with UL 497B (recognised file no. E176500) and the
encapsulating material meets the requirements of UL94V0.
