Features

SA1117B is a low-dropout three-terminal linear voltage regulator circuit with positive voltage output. The voltage drop is 1.2V at an output current of 800mA.

SA1117B is divided into two versions: fixed voltage output version and adjustable voltage output version. The fixed output voltage is 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V and the adjustable version has a voltage accuracy of 1.5%, and the fixed voltage of 1.2V has an output voltage accuracy of 2%.

SA1117B has internal integrated overheat protection and current limiting circuits, suitable for all kinds of electronic products
