The predecessor of our company was Shanghai Mingda Electric Technology Research Institute. It was founded in 1996 and renamed Shanghai Mingda Microelectronics Co., Ltd. in April 2004. Features

MD71XXH series is a low voltage drop, low power consumption and high precision step-down voltage regulator circuit developed using CMOS technology. Since it has a built-in low on-resistance transistor, the input-output voltage difference is low. The maximum operating voltage can reach 32V, which is suitable for application circuits that require higher withstand voltage.
