概述
4A/35V ½损耗有源同步整流半桥
CC1801是一个同步整流半桥芯片,
其内部集成了基准电路,
振荡器电路、
比较器电路、
电荷泵升压电路和2个½达31mΩ导通电阻MOSFET。
两颗CC1801可以配合½用构成一个全波有源同步整流桥,实现AC到DC的½换,或者无极性输入。 它在简化供电部分的线路设计的同时降½
了供电功耗,特别适用于½压大电流的应用环境。CC1801内½2个N沟道MOSFET功率管,在内部控制器的½用下,
检测外界的电源输入极性,
并自动切换为直流供电的驱动器。每2颗芯片就可以组成½功耗的全桥驱动器,内部的专利控制方法可避免电流由输出端反流至输入端,适用
于0~600Hz的频率输入范围。
CC1801内部集成两个导通电阻(R

)为31mΩ的MOSFET,构成的同步整流桥相对于传统肖特基二极管构成的整流桥½够降½80%
功耗,PCB板占用的面积小50%,不需要额外的散热片,支持最高AC(DC)35V输入,电流最高可达4A,工½频率范围为0~600Hz。
CC1801采用DFN3x3和SOP8½热阻封装,工½温度范围为-40~125℃,均符合RoHS的相关要求。
