NVE

NVE is an electronic component manufacturer that specializes in the combination of magnetically sensitive materials and integrated circuits. Its new solid-state magnetic technology features high magnetic field sensitivity coupled with small size and low power devices. NVE has implemented these technologies in magnetic sensors, isolators, and magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM). Founded in 1989 with Honeywell International technology, NVE is now a globally recognized industry leader in magnetically sensitive materials research. In 1994, NVE introduced the world's first product using giant magnetoresistance (GMR) material. This line of magnetic field sensors is used in position, magnetic media, roller speed and current sensing applications.
Similarly, in 1999, NVE introduced its IsoLoop® line of high-speed digital isolators for communications, industrial control and computer applications. These 100-Mbaud replacement opto-isolators are currently the fastest in the world.
