STM32L4P5CGT6P Overview

STMicroelectronics STM32L4P5xx specifies a series of ultra-low power microcontroller devices (part of the STM32L4+ family) based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 120 MHz. The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all ARM® single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. The Cortex-M4 core also implements a complete set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security. Includes ST's most advanced patented technology ultra-low power with FlexPowerControl 1.71 V to 3.6 V power supply -40°C to 85/125°C temperature range Bulk Acquisition Mode (BAM) 150 nA in VBAT mode: RTC and 32x32-bit backup available Register 22 nA Shutdown mode (5 wake-up pins) 42 nA Standby mode (5 wake-up pins) 190 nA with RTC Standby mode 2.95 μA Stop2 with RTC μA μ A/MHz Run mode (LDO mode) μA μ A/MHz Run mode (@ 3.3 V SMPS mode) 5 μs Wake from stop mode Power-down reset (BOR) in all modes except shutdown
