DIY a stylish Bluetooth speaker

Materials: 1 speaker, 1 Bluetooth headset motherboard, 1 lithium battery, 2 switch buttons, 2 long button levers, and some wires.

Method: Connect the buttons of the Bluetooth headset to the outside, replace the battery, and connect the headset cable to the outside. See the following figure for the principle block diagram.

Production process:

1. Replace the original Bluetooth headset battery with a larger capacity Nokia mobile phone lithium battery, and lead out the positive and negative electrodes to make a charging interface.

2. Connect the wires of the “volume up” and “volume down” buttons of the Bluetooth headset to external buttons.

3. Keep the Bluetooth on button of the Bluetooth headset still and add a button pressure rod on top of it.

4. Remove the original earpiece of the Bluetooth headset, lead the wire out, and connect it to the audio input of the speaker.

5. Finally, use hot melt glue and transparent tape to fix and assemble.

At this point, the DIY Bluetooth speaker is complete. After pairing with the computer, you can use the Bluetooth speaker like a Bluetooth headset.

The advantage is that the large-capacity battery allows Bluetooth to be used for a longer time and is no longer restricted by "wires", which is very convenient.
