TCA780 inverter PWM control circuit diagram
Source: InternetPublisher:super_star Keywords: TCA780 PWM control inverter Updated: 2023/12/05
The PWM circuit is simply constructed using the TCA780 integrated chip. The feedback voltage of the inverter is amplified by the error amplifier A1 and then input into the PWM circuit. NE555 is an oscillator that generates synchronization signals, and the oscillation frequency is twice the output frequency. When the output frequency is 50 Hz, the oscillation frequency is 100 Hz. When switch S1 is on, the output frequency is 50 Hz; when S1 is off, it is 60 Hz. The JK flip-flop 4027 forms a frequency dividing circuit so that its duty cycle is 50%. Potentiometer RP3 is used to adjust the dead time, and C1 is a non-polar capacitor.
