DC negative high voltage generator

The DC negative high voltage generator shown in the figure is specially designed for high voltage electrostatic spraying equipment. The circuit is small in size, low in power consumption, and the output negative high voltage is stable and continuously adjustable, with a maximum output of 100,000 volts DC high voltage. It has overload protection, automatic stop, and automatic recovery functions.

Component Selection:

T1 is a 30-40W, 2×24V power transformer. T2 and T3 are black-and-white TV line drive transformers. T4 is a 17-inch black-and-white TV discrete line output transformer. VT5 can be selected from 3DDl5D, 3JL06, etc. RPl is a 20k12 multi-turn potentiometer. The silicon column withstand voltage in the voltage doubler box should be above 20kV. The capacitor is Japanese-made 510pF/30kΩ. The parameter values ​​of other components are selected as marked in the figure.
