DDR memory power supply circuit

Shown is the DDR memory power supply circuit in a notebook computer . The power control chip in this circuit is MAX8632.
The VDD of the chip is the Sv power supply terminal (detection point 1). The DC power supply voltage of the battery is between 4.5 V and 2.8 V. The voltage is added to the drain of the switching field effect
transistor Ql, and the DH and DL of the power control chip respectively output a pair of PWM pulse signals with opposite phases. The signals
are added to . Under the action of the PWM pulses, Q1, Q2 works alternately, changing the DC voltage of the battery into a switching voltage, and then
outputs a 2.5 V voltage after LC filtering to power the memory circuit.
