Hall element and motor starting principlea

The driving principle of the Hall element and the motor is shown in the figure. When the Hall element Hl is aligned with the N pole of the rotor magnet, IC2 outputs a high
level, VT3 is turned on and the output current goes to ground through L1 and k, and the coil generates a magnetic field to drive the rotor; when Hl is aligned with the S pole, IC2 outputs a negative level. When voltage VT4
is turned on, reverse current appears in k and Li, which also generates a magnetic field that drives the rotor to rotate. In the same way, when H2 is aligned with the S pole, or
when aligned with the N pole, a forward or reverse current will flow through L3 and L4 under the control of the ICl circuit, generating a driving magnetic field in the same direction.
