Shown is a wide-band high-frequency amplifier . This circuit uses a common-emitter amplification circuit with resistance-capacitance coupling, which can be used to amplify
high-frequency signals .
The high-frequency signal is supplied to the Jl terminal (input impedance 50 n), and is added to the base of the amplifier VTI via the coupling capacitor cl. After amplification, it is coupled
to the base of VT2 by c5, and the amplified signal is output from the collector. Adjusting the capacitors marked with "※" can make the frequency characteristic within the band reach ±1 dB.
The capacitors marked with "※" are high-frequency compensation capacitors.
