As shown in the figure, it is a control circuit for automatically changing 10 wind speeds. The circuit includes a clock signal generator IC1, a counter IC2, a decoder IC3, a synchronous phase shift circuit (BG1, BG2, BG3), a thyristor control circuit SCR, a step-down rectifier circuit, etc. The voltage after step-down rectification is stable at (9-10.5)V, providing power for the entire controller.
The clock signal generator is a multivibrator composed of IC1 (555), R2, R3, W1, W2, C3, etc. The signal frequency depends on the charge and discharge time constant, and the frequency and duty cycle of the signal can be changed by adjusting W1 and W2. The low-frequency square wave generated by IC1 is used as the counting pulse of IC2 and added to the CP terminal (pin 14). The 4-bit binary code A, B, C, D generated by the corresponding decimal synchronous counter IC2 (C192) is added to the decimal decoder IC3 (CD4028). With the addition of CP, the decoded BCD code is high level at the output terminals Q0, Q1...Q8, Q9 in turn, thus providing a basis for automatic conversion of wind speed gears.
The synchronous phase shift circuit can change the signal output by IC3 in sequence, thereby changing the conduction angle of the thyristor SCR, causing the motor terminal voltage to change in sequence, and realizing automatic conversion of 10 wind speeds.
