INA110 constitutes a differential amplifier with a common mode voltage up to ±1000V

The figure shows a differential amplifier circuit with a common-mode input voltage up to ±1000V. This circuit uses a field effect transistor (FET) input instrument amplifier INA110 and an input resistor divider. The voltage dividers at the inverting input terminal and the non-inverting input terminal are composed of R1, R2 and R3, R4 respectively.
