With the rapid development of science and technology, oscilloscopes have been widely used in production, teaching and scientific research. The reason why oscilloscopes are widely used
is that the oscilloscope tube can transform very abstract electrical processes that are invisible to the naked eye into concrete Visible image. When the oscilloscope tube works,
it requires a lot of power supplies. Among them, the accelerating anode requires a power supply with a small current but a high voltage . The fifth anode a5 of the multi-purpose oscilloscope requires
a high voltage of 10,000 V, which is obtained after rectifying with six times the voltage. The circuit is shown in Figure 12-6.
It is supplied with high-frequency voltage by a high-frequency and high-voltage generator of about 20kHz
, which is boosted to about 1400V by a transformer, and then rectified
by six times the voltage of the high-voltage silicon stack VD1~VD6 and high-voltage capacitors CI~G and filtered by Ri and G, and then output
A high voltage of about 10,000 V
is used for the fifth anode a5 of the oscilloscope tube.
The high-voltage transformer uses E17 high magnetic permeability magnetic dielectric iron core and
oxygen iron core. The coil is wound flat in layers, with the primary side wound on the inner layer and
25 turns of enameled wire with a nominal diameter of 0.45mm. The secondary side is wound on the outer layer with a nominal diameter of 0.45mm. Weigh the enameled wire with a diameter of 0.1mm and wind it 1000 times.
The rectifier element uses a high-voltage silicon stack 2DL4/0.2 (maximum rectified current 200mA, maximum operating voltage peak 4klD).
In the circuit, since the 20kHz voltage is rectified, a small-capacity filter can be used. C, ~G use 6800pF/3kV, G uses
500pF/10kV.
