 Voice is the most commonly used communication method for humans, and it is also the most desired method for humans and computers to communicate. Therefore, using speech to communicate with computers has become a hot topic in recent research. Computer understanding of speech is a fascinating and challenging topic in computer science. my country's speech recognition research started late, but it has developed rapidly in recent years and has been keeping up with the international level. The country also attaches great importance to the non-person-specific, continuous speech dictation system and the Chinese speech human-computer dialogue system developed by the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its word accuracy or system response rate can reach over 90%. In view of China's huge future market, foreign countries also attach great importance to the research of Chinese speech recognition.

The functions researched and designed in this article are all applied to mobile robots. Therefore, the research and design of the system needs to take into account the characteristics of small size, power saving, easy mobility, and a friendly display interface that is convenient for home users to operate. For the speech recognition part, a processor, a speech collection circuit and a speech output circuit for speech recognition algorithm processing are required, as shown in the figure. The processor for speech recognition algorithm calculation is mainly responsible for the calculation and processing of the algorithm, which is equivalent to the brain of the robot; the speech acquisition circuit is responsible for collecting external sound signals, equivalent to the robot's ears; the speech output circuit is responsible for outputting speech sounds, equivalent to the mouth of the robot . The design of this article is used on mobile robots, so it requires voice input, recognition processing and voice output functions. For voice input collection, this article uses a sound sensor microphone and peripheral circuits to achieve it. For the voice output part, a power amplifier is used in combination with a speaker. The schematic diagram of the voice part of the design is shown in the figure.
