Figure a shows an electronic relay controlled by an NPN transistor using +Ec power supply. Figure b shows the NPN transistor grounding control circuit. Figure c shows an electronic relay controlled by a PNP transistor using -Ec. Figure d is an electronic relay with self-generated bias.
