Circuit diagram of small power transformerless regulated power supply composed of high voltage linear regulator HIP5600

The precision voltage reference ICTL431 is in a T0-92 package as shown in Figure 1. Its performance is that the output voltage is continuously adjustable up to 36V, the operating current range is as wide as 0.1.100mA, the typical dynamic resistance value is 0.22 ohms, and the output noise is low. Figure 2 is a typical application of TL431, in which the output voltage V at both ends of pins ③ and ② is V = 2. As shown in the figure, a small-power transformerless regulated power supply is composed of a high-voltage linear regulator HIP5600. Its main features are as follows:

(1) DC working voltage can reach 400V;

(2) The effective value of AC working voltage can reach 280V;

(3) Connect two external resistors, and the DC output voltage can be adjusted from 1.2V to the input voltage VIN~50V; the output voltage is determined as shown in the table, and the output current can be adjusted from 1mA to 30mA;

(4) Self-installed radiator, thermal cutoff and output current limiting circuit in the chip, no need to set up external protection circuit.
