M16 Experimental Board

Including ISP, JTAG, 3310 LCD, discrete RS232 serial port. When PC2-5 does not use JTAG but is used as an IO port, in order to prevent interference from the JTAG pull-up resistor, four jumper pins are designed to switch this situation. Others, such as keyboards, LEDs, etc., are soldered on the blank experimental board by yourself.
Printed circuit board diagram (using Protel dxp 2004 for automatic wiring. The board is made by thermal transfer method. The picture below shows the circuit board that has not been sanded off the thermal transfer layer after being corroded by ferric chloride):
