Based on the Ethernet circuit of DM9000, the simplified TCP/IP protocol stack unIP is transplanted on the microcontroller side to realize a simple TCP server. This simple TCP server is modified to store Tibetan web pages in the TCP server, and uses the Internet to directly access the Tibetan TCP server and directly control household appliances. This miniaturized, single-chip microcomputer-based TCP server can be connected to any Internet port, allowing users to easily control home appliances through the Internet. This Tibetan information platform brings more humane information services to Tibetan compatriots and has certain promotion prospects.
The system is designed as a simple and easy-to-operate network home appliance terminal device, which uses Internet resources to enable Tibetan compatriots to easily control home appliances while working. Based on the above considerations, the terminal equipment can communicate with the Internet; the TCP server must provide Tibetan services to facilitate operation by Tibetan compatriots; the operation of the terminal equipment is simple and clear; it uses AC 220 V power supply; it has indicator lights and Tibetan voice broadcasting and other operations Instructions: Considering security, password login is required, and the status of home appliances can be monitored through the Internet.
Figure 1 is a block diagram of the system hardware design, which is mainly composed of the SPCE061A main control board, DM9000 control module, power circuit, external electrical control circuit, and speaker. Among them, the DM9000 Ethernet control module is directly controlled by the 16-bit microcontroller SPCE061A to complete the sending, receiving and parsing of corresponding data packets. After the parsing is completed, the SPCE06iA issues operating instructions to the external electrical appliance control circuit, speaker and indicator light module to control the home appliances.
Ethernet module
The Ethernet module is an Ethernet data packet sending and receiving control module. This module cooperates with the controller. In addition to completing the sending and receiving of Ethernet data packets, it also has a 4 Mbit serial Flash memory SPR4096, providing users with a larger capacity storage space. . In the network, IP packets consistent with the set MAC address can be automatically obtained to complete the sending and receiving of IP packets. In this design, the SPCE06lA microcontroller is used as the main controller to control the DM9000 to complete the sending and receiving of Ethernet data packets and the implementation of the TCP/IP protocol. The main features of DM9000 are as follows: the operating voltage is 5 V, the connection mode with MCU is ISA 8 bit/ISA 16 bit mode, and supports 3.3 V and 5 V I/O control; it supports EEPROM (93C46) and is available Store information required by the system. Figure 2 shows the hardware circuit connection of the Ethernet module.
What needs to be noted here is that the SPCE06lA main control board and the Ethernet module must share the same ground, and it is best to use the same power supply. The power supply voltage of the Ethernet module must be 5 V, and the control I/O port voltage must be 3.3 V; the SPCE061A main control board must be powered by the same power supply. The length of the control line used for data transmission between the control board and the Ethernet module should not exceed 20 cm; the power supply current should be greater than 200 mA.
