Microphone input MIC1 is routed to the inverting amplifier through C3 and R4; the gain of U2-a is controlled by R5. The output of U2-a is sent to the remaining op amps (U2-b, U2-c, U2-d) through C4, where they are configured as bandpass filters. Using a resistor/capacitor combination, each filter is tunable to pass a different frequency range.
