Engine circuit diagram for Jinbei W6480 series light buses

Due to the different engine models equipped, some light buses have different vehicle and engine parameters. The engines mainly include CA488 and 4920 gasoline engines. Among them, the CA488 engine is the engine manufacturing technology that inspired the American Chrysler Company. It adopts an overhead camshaft structure, toothed belt transmission, fast combustion chamber, and high-energy non-contact distributor to achieve high power, fuel saving, and reduced exhaust. Pollution greatly improves the power and reliability of the vehicle. The SY4920 series gasoline engine is currently the main power model used in light passenger vehicles and off-road vehicles in my country. It has the characteristics of economy and reliability, convenient supply of spare parts, and low price. The matching and parameters of various types of light passenger vehicles and engines are shown in Table 1.
