The values ​​of the timing components resistors R1, R2 and capacitor (C1-6) shown in this diagram, generate six frequencies of 1Hz, 10HZ, 100HZ, 1KHZ, if you want to generate a variable frequency from 10kHz to 100kHz you can use a Mini series of 100K resistors with trimmer potential connections for 10 K and 68K resistors.
