Capacitive sensor system circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:toothache Keywords: Sensors reflectors power supplies and other power circuits Updated: 2021/03/07
This circuit diagram shows the electric field configuration of a capacitive proximity sensor in the form of a capacitive reflector. It consists of a sensing electrode driven by an AC voltage, creating an electric field near the electrode. Material entering this electric field will be induced by the magnetic field on the resistor between the sensing electrode and electrical ground.
