In order to obtain information about incidents on the highway, a radio call decoder circuit composed of integrated circuits S0280, S0281, S551 and S552 can be used . The circuit includes a transmitter identification circuit SK, a radio call identification circuit DK and a range identification circuit BK. SK can be used to identify which transmitter the radio call information is sent; DK is used to transmit signals during calls and insert recorder programs; range identification circuit BK can find out the area where the transmitter is located.
