Working principle of the circuit : 220 V AC mains power is stepped down by transformer T1 and outputs 9V ×
2 AC voltage. It is rectified by VD1 and VD2 umbrellas and filtered by C1. Transistor VT1 outputs
a stable charging voltage of 7.5 V to charge the lead-acid battery. LED1 displays Battery charge
status. Transistor VT2, transformer T2, etc. form an oscillator. R3 is the bias resistor, and
C2 is the feedback capacitor.
