Simple three-phase brushless stepper motor drive circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:太白金星 Keywords: Stepper motor drive circuit counter CMOS Updated: 2020/05/27
Circuit working principle: The 4018 type N division counter generates a three-phase drive waveform, as
shown in Figure b. The feedback from Q3 causes the first three Johnson counters to generate a six-step program,
which accelerates after passing Q4 and Q5. Each waveform of Q1, Q3 and Q5 has 6
clock pulses per week with a phase lag of 1200. In Figure a, S1, S2, and S3 represent the motor stator
, P1, P2, and P3 are high-speed diodes HER05 (600 V, 1 A). The MOSFET
is IR110, and the CMOS power supply is 5Vmax.
