The preamplifier uses a current series feedback circuit, its output impedance is approximately
the DC resistance Rc of the collector, and the input impedance of the RC attenuation network
is the load impedance of the amplifier. If R3 is not added to the tone control circuit
, then when boosting the treble, the equivalent load impedance of the amplifier can
be drawn as shown in Figure 1-67.
