CD4511 is a CMOS BCD-latch/7-segment decoder/driver, used to drive the BCD code-seven-segment code decoder of common cathode LED (nixie tube) display. Its CMOS circuit with BCD conversion, blanking and latch control, seven-segment decoding and driving functions can provide large source current. Can directly drive common cathode LED digital tube.
