1. System composition
The entire control system is divided into three parts: the sensing part, the control part and the power part. The sensing part is composed of a humidity sensor (such as "rain" in the figure) and a wind sensor (such as "wind" in the figure) in parallel, which is used to input signals to the control circuit; the control part is mainly composed of relays, proximity switches and other components, which analyze and process the input signals and control the motor; the power part is composed of motors and transmission components, which drives the window to move according to the instructions issued by the control part.
2. Circuit principle
The principle of the entire control circuit is shown in the figure. The specific control process is divided into the following three cases:
(1) Assume that the window is closed under normal conditions. If it is rainy or windy, the humidity sensor (such as "rain" in the figure) and the wind sensor (such as "wind" in the figure) input signals to control the relay to close. At this time, the motor is energized and drives the window to close. After it is completely closed, the motor stops automatically by disconnecting the proximity switch (such as 1SQ in the figure). At this time, if the window needs to be opened, close switches 2SB and 3SB (both are disconnected under normal conditions) and open 1SB at the same time (it is closed under normal conditions. Since 1SB and 3SB are switched at the same time during the entire control process, they can be integrated into one switch SB for simultaneous control). The motor reverses to open the window. After it is fully opened, the motor stops automatically. At this time, switch SB and 2SB again. The window is restored to the initial open state.
(2) On sunny days or when there is no wind, that is, when there is no external signal input, if you need to close the window, just close switch 2SB (which is normally open). When the window is completely closed, the motor will automatically stop. Then open switch 2SB again to restore the window to its initial open state.
(3) If you need to open the window on a rainy day, press switches SB and 2SB. When the window is fully opened, the motor stops automatically. Switching switches SB and 2SB again can restore the window to its initial closed state.
