Abstract : This paper introduces a sine wave power signal source circuit. The circuit uses a high-speed dual-channel PWM controller UC3825 as the control chip and a power MOSFET as a switch device to form a push-pull inverter. The inverter output is filtered by high-frequency LC to output a 1MHz/100W sine wave power signal. Experiments show that the circuit produces a good waveform quality, a simple circuit structure, convenient control, and has the characteristics of small size and high efficiency.

The circuit structure is complex, the adjustment is difficult, and it is not easy to implement. The high-speed dual-channel PWM controller UC3825 is used as the control chip, the power MOSFET is used as the switch device, and the LC high-frequency filter is used to output a 1MHz/100W sine wave power signal source. The waveform quality is good, the circuit structure is simple, the volume is small, and the efficiency is high.
