【Toshiba Photorelay TLP3547 Review】-1 [Copy link]

This post was last edited by youyou_123 on 2018-9-21 16:47 I haven't participated in this kind of evaluation activity for a long time. Because the industry I am in uses relays, I applied for a board to test it and see if it works well. First, here's a close-up photo. I got an Omron solid-state relay for drive comparison. Under 12V control, the drive current doesn't differ much, but when used in low-power applications, the mA level is still very high. I found a light board in the lab, and used a power generator to generate different currents to test the load capacity of the optocoupler relay. At 0.1A, the relay turns on and off normally. At 1A, the relay turns on and off normally, and the light becomes noticeably brighter. At 1.5A, the relay turns on and off normally. Under 2A, the relay turns on and off normally Under 2.5A, the relay turns on and off normally Under 3A, the relay turns on and off normally. The light is too bright. I found something to cover it. The lamp beads have become hot, but the temperature of the relay is still normal. After testing, the performance of this chip is still very powerful and can meet most applications. I will recommend it to my colleagues to play with it. My evaluation ends here. I will think about whether there are other parameters to test. Welcome to comment!
