Inference Controlled CVCF AC Power Supply

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and working principle of an inference-controlled AC frequency-stabilized voltage-stabilized power supply, and makes a detailed analysis of the anti-interference performance of the power supply. Due to the use of inference control technology, the anti-interference performance of the power supply is significantly better than that of the general frequency-stabilized voltage-stabilized power supply.

The system uses 8031 as the CPU, and expands 8K EPROM2764 to store monitoring programs, reasoning control, keying and display programs. Expand a DAC0832 to output step sine waves, and its chip select signal CS is connected to the Y0 port of 74LS138, and the selection address is #1FFFH. DAC0832 works in a single buffer mode, so that the input register is in a latched state, ILE is connected to +5V, WR1 is connected to the CPU write signal WR, and the DAC register is in an unlatched state, so WR2 and XFER are directly grounded, and DAC0832 is connected to a unipolar output, the reference voltage is +5V, and the output voltage is 0~5V. Expand an ADC0809 to realize the function of sampling the rectified DC voltage. The WR of 8031 and the Y1 port of 74LS138 are connected to the STAR and ALE terminals of ADC0809 through an NOR gate to control the start and address latch of ADC0809. The RD of 8031 and port 1 of 74LS138 are connected to the OE terminal of ADC0809 through a NOR gate to control the output of the signal. The CLK of ADC0809 is provided by the signal on ALE of 8031 after being divided by 2. EOC is used as the INT1 interrupt request input line of 8031 through an inverter, requiring the CPU to read the digital quantity after A/D conversion from P0. IN0 of ADC0809 is connected to the output terminal of the sample-and-hold LF198, so the analog voltage in the range of 0 to 15V input on IN0 can be input to the internal RAM unit from port P0 by 8031 through a program after A/D conversion.
