Problems encountered when using the new version of BlueNRG-Mesh firmware [Copy link]

 , sans-serif]
[attach] sans-serif]When the old version (STSW-BNRG-Mesh_1.03.000.exe) is installed, the new version (STSW-BNRG-Mesh_1.05.000.exe) can run normally
If the old version has added nodes, the original node data will be retained, and the node operation or node configuration APP will crash
Delete the APP, install the old version of the APP first, and then install the new version of the APP. After the old version is installed, it must be run at least once (it may be to create a configuration file) and no nodes are added. At this time, the new version of the APP can run normally.
However, at the beginning, if the BlueNRG firmware was an older version, the APP would not be able to find the device, thinking that there was a compatibility issue between the firmware versions.
Later, after upgrading the BlueNRG firmware to the latest version, the APP still could not find the device.
I wanted to find the answer in the documents, but after downloading the latest documents, I found that many of them were old versions from February today, including the APP interface in the documents
From the interface of the new version of the APP, it can be seen that the APP has changed a lot. Maybe the new version of the document has not been updated in time
Including the following two documents
Getting started with the ST BlueNRG-Mesh embedded firmware
Getting started with the ST BlueNRG-Mesh Android application
The creation and modification dates of the document are still in February 2018
The APP interface in the document is still the old version
The attachment is 2 versions of the firmware. If you have a board, please help me test it.
The board I used for the test is STEVAL-IDB007V1

Please use the new version in real time. The new version seems to have changed a lot of content and added sensor models, etc.  Details Published on 2018-12-5 13:43

Another test is to download the new version of BlueNRG firmware APP. Using the old version, the node can be found After adding the node, it will prompt to find Light Then it will get stuck at 90% If you exit the APP and then enter it again, you will find that the corresponding Light has not been added Under unprovisioned, you can see the device you just added, and the picture behind it is a minus sign instead of a plus sign Click the minus sign and you will be prompted with the following prompt After clicking OK, the following error message will appear, and the device cannot be deleted At this time, if you delete the APP and reinstall it, the configuration on the mobile phone will disappear, but you will no longer be able to find the configured BlueNRG unless you flash the BlueNRG firmware again, which will then return to the problem of unsuccessful addition.
