TLP3547 Evaluation Board Review - Performance and Stability Test Evaluation [Copy link]

Features of TLP3547:
1. High reliability and long service life
2. Small size and noise-free
3. Bidirectional conduction, replaceable relay
ADC performance (reference voltage is 1.2V)
4. Supports 48-60V working contact voltage
5. Supports a maximum working current of 5A
6. 50m ohm on-resistance
7. 1-5mS on-time
8. Ultra-low drive power consumption 0.5mW
9. Support 2.5KVrms isolation
Platform construction
1. Received the development board, it was well packaged, folded as follows:
a) A bubble envelope + instruction manual + box with the development board
2.Make the corresponding test board (for the convenience of wiring and testing)
3. The final test platform (power supply + oscilloscope + development board)
Response test
1. Pull-on response: within 5ms
2. Shut-off response: about 8ms
Aging test
1. Using the company's equipment, the test framework is as follows, and the test is carried out through two programmable power supplies. a) Programmable power supply 1: used to control the on and off of the relay b) Programmable power supply 2: detect voltage and current to check whether the node is on or not [attach]374524 2. Use scripted programming to perform cyclic testing a) Load the control power supply to detect whether it is on (determine whether the voltage is less than a certain value) b) Turn off the control power supply to detect whether it is disconnected (determine whether the voltage is greater than a certain value) c) The test time is about 170ms, but the company's software will force a FAIL judgment if it is less than 1S, so a delay of 1000ms is added [attach]374520 3. The total aging test lasted more than 12 hours overnight, for a total of 25811 times
a) All normal, no operational abnormalities
Response test after aging
1. Pull-on response: still within 5ms
2. Shut-off response: still around 8ms
Conclusion
1. The response time is 2-3 times faster than the relay, and the relay can be directly replaced.
2. After high-intensity 12-hour aging, the performance is basically the same as before, stable and reliable, and can be used in ultra-long life occasions.
3. The driving power consumption is only 0.5mW, and the size of the power supply can be greatly reduced after replacement.
