series sensor is produced using the magnetostrictive technology developed by MTS . It is non-contact and never wears out. The sensor does not need to be recalibrated or maintained regularly. The sensor provides four different housing options. The RH and RD types are suitable for internal cylinder installation ( RF is also available but requires an additional pressure outer tube) or external machine tool surface ( RP , RH or RF are all available). The RH and RD housings are304LStainless steel pressure tube, RH type maximum stroke is7.6m, while the RF type flexible outer tube is longer10m(Project can reach20m), which can be said to be the limit of magnetostrictive displacement sensors available on the market today. R- series sensors are assembled in modules, so it is very simple to replace sensitive components on site. There is no need to remove the hydraulic pressure first, and the process is fast, which greatly reduces the downtime.
